Even J5 16 is getting security patch of january 2018 but j7 prime is still in 7.0 and patch level june.. how ridiculous.. which kind of policy these are i don't get

when I'm opening camera I can see these black dots on the screen.I've reset the camera and tried to find dust particles but there was not any dust or mark.. so what are those black dots.. anyone facing the same problem? or I'm the only one..

i think new update has fixed previous problems like battery draining and lagging. Let's see further performances now. i hope it's worth to install. thank you samsung
