It's been more than 15 days. Samsung pay support says it's not their problem and the beneficiary has to contact their bank. For now I have raised case with my bank to reverse the transaction.
Same here. The samsung pay support are useless. They don't offer any solution and just say it's not samsungs fault.I'm chasing my bank to reverse the transaction.
