whatsapp incoming call get muted after 1 ring, this problem is only with whatsapp calling and not normal phone calls, same problem I had 2 months back and had to factory reset my phone before restoring, now it is happening again

Since updating to UI 6, the sound in Bluetooth headphones is distorted. Tried unpairing and repairing of headphones several times but the problem remains. The headphones are working perfectly with other phones. Please resolve the an update soon.
