Same issue with my phone, did factory reset on the suggestion of one of their executives but dint work. If anyone encountered the issue and got it resolved pls reply !!!!
Hi is there any update on this??? Its been 4 months sinxe I bought this, and itd still draining too quickly. Have updated twice already !!!!! Anyone with any suggestions is very appreciated
Same issue happening with me and its been 4 months since I bought it now. The heating issue has actually started from last few weeks. Even for normal usage the phone gets heated alot.
