No bro. They have worst customer service. Multiple times i called and mailed them but they did not refund me yet. They always say that they have initiated the refund and it will reflect in your account in 7 to 10 working days but its already 20 days ...
i am also calling regularly to bank for that issue but they said to me that if samsung would transfer the refund then your emi will automatically be cancelled
