Tried the needle lever and hot needle methods already, it didn't work and pushed it even more deep inside. Any way to pull the stem of old pennip?

had to cut it open, nicked the coil so its useless now but its doable if you keep the flat side towards you, the coil is on the rounder side at around the place where the cone of pen ends into the cylinder
