I was having the moisture detected on my Galaxy Note 10 Plus. I tried the steps given here:   https://technastic.com/fix-moisture-detected-error-samsung/   The moisture warning has gone now! :)

Here are the steps to start in the Safe Mode on Android. You should be able to diagnose the problems caused by a third party app on your Samsung device.
