I started seeing this issue today, it's not always there it flickers sometimes while using instagram/youtube.I disabled Adaptive motion and disabled auto brightness. And I didn't see the issue. Why is this happening?
Were you able to restore your data? I faced same issue recently. I can see the backup folder in file path but cannot restore it/open it due to encryption
