@prajaktasawant this is not new, it even happened on my iphone the network completely stopped and if the downgrade the network works, after going to service center thought this is just a bug in new iOS upgrade they said it is a weird motherboard issu...

Weird photos are upside down sometimes

Same thing on Galaxy tab S9, cannot add any new custom edge panel like "control center" it can be added on phone but on tablet, No way! 

Go to galaxy store and search for "Samsung free" and install. You can do this for any model. Google discover isn't Available on any store but you may get the apk from untrusted sites.

Perform some tests to understand better, try speedtest.net to chevk and compare with different service provider or phones.
