Purchased my S23 Ultra few weeks ago,Didn't register it for Samsung Care + today i went through Samsung Members > Support section, there it is showing i still have 7 days left to register for Care+, but unfortunately not being able to register.
I got mine repaired from the service centerThey replaced it's motherboardNow the GPS working fine and the network reception (mobile network and Wi-Fi) is also increased
One of their agent said it's a problem with the website , you can visit the offline store.I do visit but offline store supervisor said it can be registered online only.What is going on totally misleading..Why samsung faking it ??If they don't want to...
Brother do you have any other solutions ? Because i alrdy contacted samsung support centre, every time they are telling different stories.Some of them said you can register only within 30 days some says within 60 days ..
Same here, i would suggest you to don't waste your time contacting samsung support or anything, everyone will tell different story, seriously ridiculous totally misleading, didn't expect this kind of customer support from Samsung.
