After June update M30S Videos are not playing IN HD on OTT platforms after July update also issue not resolved when would samsung fixed this issue

Today received March security patch update for my m30s size 118 MB

My M30S vibrating frequently since last 15days no notification coming and no call coming I didn't understand why it's happening I'm try to reset settings but no use please tell me what is happening
