Spams and irrelevant posts are in front page while relevant stuff gets in back or unseen. Do the community managers not take actions like removing or setting automation to deal with those?
Which model? I think it is not uncommon for Samsung, you should probably contact support or try solving it yourself like taking care by shutting the phone for a time then restarting again to see if it goes, reset could be tried too.
