Does galaxy A5 2016 has call recording feature?

Why J7 2016 getting oreo updates..As compare to that phone Galaxy A5 2016 is much better but they are not giving the oreo update for that phone. This is not done Samsung & please don't tell that bullshit again that A5 already got 2 major upgrades..
