I am not able to updating my apps, its working very slow, as per jio service providers issue in the phone, same sim working properly in another handset

Samsung M30s update not completing, only black screen with 'samsung' logo visible. Not starting phone.

Saturday night I updated my mobile with latest software releasing date was 1st March 2020 for M30s but unfortunately my Mobile stack, Nothing to do, why samsung released bug full update how to resolved this
