J7 max was launched on android 7.0, Samsung promises 2 major updates in its mid range devices, going by this the j7 max should have got the android 9.0 update by now, but still it is running in 8.1 and this is happening only to j7 max other j series ...

this is same question that every j7 max user has in his mind, but to be Frank Samsung seems to care nobody, they promised two major updates but j7 max just got one, Samsung being ah huge brand should address this

I have contacted the customer care many a times but their reply remains the same "we don't have any information yet". sadly, I don't think the j7 max will get the pie update because Samsung has started rolling out android 10 updates now
