Hi I am using samsung galaxy S23 Ultra but I have not received the 2772 mb update yet last update is of 400 mb aug security patch. Is the 6.1.1 update roled out in India or is there some issue. When will we get the updated AI features?

There is already Open dialer > click on 3 dots > open settings > scroll down > click on voice mail and you can set it up there.(Please accept as solution if satisfied with the answer click on 3 dot on my comment and accept as solutions)
