Can anyone please guide me how to direct complaint to Samsung team regarding TDS scam running by Samsung Memberindia team.

Samsung India Tax taken from winners but not paid to government.

Hi team,Your membersindia samsung team deduct TDS of Rs 15,000 /- and I paid them .Then they provide me voucher of Rs 50,000/- . Now my question is why they don't deduct TDS and why it is not shown in my 26AS?
