Samsung has announced Once UI 07 update for S24 series in April whereas S23 series and lower models will get the update in the first week of May 2025.

as per the official reports; Samsung galaxy S23 series will get "One UI 07" update on 22nd april 2025. It is officially announced for Canadian market. I hope they stand by it and provide the most waited action from samsung.
