Service executives have no clue either. For this particular reason i got my battery replaced. They either blame 5G or dual sim for it. Or a multitude of apps (even though majority are by samsung for modification)

Same issue with my S23U. It's barely been 19 months since I got this phone, with no physical damage, but the panel is coming apart from both sides. The top and bottom are still glued together.
