I did clear the cache and data still it's not working. what is l radio .. Is it an app or something which is needed to be downloaded!?

radio stations are there but... it is not playing (no sound is coming)

My Device's Model same in SM-A305F.. same problem is occurring in my phone.. I am not able to listen Radio .
