yes there are settings from Oreo like in Radio and Samsung Notes and Camera, that are not present in all One UI upgrades. A6 plus still has those settings till now.
As per schedule, in April 2019. You can notice most apps already updating to One UI like theme, such as Members, Good Lock, Galaxy Themes, One Hand, etc.
