Have you found any solution for the problem? I'm having the same problem.Telephoto lens is not being used by the camera app.Tried resetting the app.Tried clearing app data.Not working.
Telephoto lens is not used while zooming. instead of optical the phone is using it's regular lens for 2x digital zoom. I covered up the the zoom lens to check, it does not use the third camera at all.
