Yes even I faced the same issue with my Samsung galaxy s21 ,visited the service centre and submitted my phone the phone is still with them it's been 3 days now and I haven't got any reply
Same issue here , I've been using the phone like this from 4 months now and even visited the service centre twice they said they can't do anything about it and i had to pay for the new lcd.
