It's just for novelty. Value for money quotient is very low for these foldable. It's always better to buy regular candy bar phones for a better user experience
If it's under warranty, then samsung will do it for free. Otherwise you will be charged. You may get it done for free if you approach national consumer helpline ( depends on luck)
