I deleted the folders just now after checking in which album it is saving...it is done now.Thanks for your help...really appreciate.What should I do so that it never happen again...like some setting or anything??

Yes I transfer whole data through samsung smart switch while setting up the phone

I have purchase new phone so installed whatsapp on that...but initially I didn't faced this problem. I think it came up after taking backup on Google drive.
