Service center simply covering by saying that we didn't notice any complaint regarding A73 device green line issue...We should file a complaint against this issue... why to launch these kind of devices if product is working only till WARRANTY period....
Samsung a73 after using 2 year green lines issues. Company is not taking responsibility for this issue. Only providing free Service to S series.Boycott Samsung products...Waste of money...
Samsung A73 users please call to the costmer services and escalate your problems regarding this green lines issues.Then only they will provide free Service.If number of Calls register then only they will provide free Service.
We said that after update this issue happened. They are simply telling that warranty is over so you have to pay for that... they won't take any responsibility against this issue...
