When in power saving mode (60Hz), the whole UI is buggy and sloww.Please fix it

Happy to see Samsung has somehow solved S22 overheating issue, my phone temperature has improved after updating to one UI 6. Hope they bring battery improvements too to S22 by optimising the software.
