I am partially agree with this because you also have to consider that Samsung is Samsung in all aspects. UI is best; features are awesome; services are like all others so everyone have pros and cons. But if you like Samsung then no one attracts you.

I also agreed with your opinion. I think M series is more budget centric but the F series is mostly focusing on camera division.
