In my case it worked , when i changed from act wifi to jio fiber wifi in one ui v4.1 in android 12. Maybe some other method can be used in your case . Hope you will find solution for your problem soon
Try to change network connection, use different isp (or internet provider ). Mine problem was fixed by using different wifi connection ( jiofiber in my case ).
