What i don't understand is that, it isn't something im asking for with a warranty claim. It's just a battery replacement and that isn't anything to do with the chip. Afaik, it's the same battery. But, I just sent an email to the CEO from the website....
The reason is, the device is not bought in India. We cannot service it. That is the only response I get from every single place 藍 It's not like I have a version that is not sold here.
