بعد الدخول لل safe mode افحص الهاتف لعدة ساعات ،إن إستمرت المشكلة هذا يعني العطل في الشاشة و ليس السيستيم،مركز خدمة سامسونج هو الحل

إطفي الهاتف و أعد تشغيله عند ظهور شعار سامسونج إضغط مفتاح الصوت الأسفل لعدة ثواني حتى يظهر safe mode
