My lockscreen settings no longer include a "none" option. S7 running nougat. Is there a way to enable the "none" option?

I have the same device running nougat and restarting the phone changes neither the display timout nor the lockscreen activation time. In my case, both are set to 2 minutes and this setting is stable.

There is a setting for contacts to show only those with phone numbers. Google contacts include gmail contacts without phone numbers.
