My phone have getting black spot on screen after last update.I visited customer care and the denied warranty.There is no impact, no screen damage .Pathetic experience from samsung.Have to go file case against smasung on consumer court .

Don't have dedicated fingerprint in premium devices like s21 ultra.Many time asking but customer support not taking seriouslyWorst customer service

It is very shocking to know that lower models of samsung phones have dedicated fingerprint option for secure folder but falgship model dont have.Can samsung provide this for s 21 ultra
