I have z fold 3 and i want to set this z under water, can anyone tell me what it is and how to enable it?

I purchased z fold 3 on 25 feb 2022 and on 16 july 2022 i noticed stuck pixels on my main display near the crease , i havent droppedy phone or pressed hard on the display. Can it get fixed under warranty as i don't have the care plus.
