Use ForceLTE(4G/5G) app and change network type from NR/LTE/WCDMA/GSM to NR Only. After that you are able to use 5g on Jio and Airtel without network change.
Airtel 5g service are available in many states but it is not working in all areas. I have experienced the Airtel 5g in Gurgaon side in my samsung f23 5g. My signals are automatically changed from 4G+ to 5G.
