In samsung app store some of the headings and description shows in arabic but the phone language is set to english. Region is selected to Qatar which can't b changed. Anyone to help?

How to mute camera shutter sound in samsung s10 (one UI). Previously there was an option in camera settings but in one UI the option is gone... I need to mute the shutter sound other then going to silent or vibrate mode. Please help.Regards
