If You have bought it recently then Get DOA from Nearest service center, replace this with any Galaxy A Series phone. Its black crush issue , I was also facing the same issue. M53 has this problem and they won't improve it by software update.
I think I too have to do the same..., because Staff here at service center are very Educated and well mannered.I have tweeted thus issue too, let's see what's happens
