you have to change the IP Setting to "Static" in order to see the DNS setting.

You have to change the DNS1 & DNS2 in network setting.Go to Setting>Connections>Wi-fi.Select the SSID of your wifi by long press over it. Then select manage network setting, tick show advanced option.Then change DNS1: 8.8.8.8 ...
