13th April is the date for Turkish models. The date for s7 UAE models would very by a week or more. It may get earlier than Turkish models or later. But it should get oreo around that date only.
bixby hasn't been released for s7 models officially. hopefully it will get bixby with the oreo update. however, you can get bixby through certain APKs available on the internet
