Unable to take screenshot shoot in samsung a32 from Lower Power key+ side button when I pressed both of them then it show on screen power off, restart and emergency call also enable palm features but unable to take kindly assist 

Should glass on screen effect to enable finger print in samsung a32? As I used screen glass and I'm unable to use fingerprint
