Last week and first time with Samsung experience of 11 years I lost many photos from my gallery, camera captured Only 11 from hundreds unfortunately 

I have problem with last update see the attached clip 

New phones with out screen protector and no charger please stop following iphone **bleep** product, please keep the cover case in side the box

Dear Samsung, you sell items that I paid for and not supported features in my location. This is unfair 

I am facing big issue that if you forget your password in your galaxy device unfortunately there is no way to open it back unless you take it to the service center along with box, imagine your travelling and facing this issue! Please samsung fix this...
