Good Lock not working anymore.

Since the last few days this is the state of my Good Lock. No options are available. Anybody else facing this issue? I have tried to install the app but faces the same issue. 

What is going with Key Cafe in Good Lock App?

I am using A33 and upon installing the Key Cafe it says it is "unplugged" and unable to open. Any idea why this is happening and anyone else facing this issue?
