Why ON max is not getting oreo update as like j7 max?

my mobile galaxy on max is getting switch off automatically and doesn't boot up by just pressing lock button. when i press volume down lock button and home button to gether it boots up at that but but gives software error notification..!

please provide oreo update for samsung galaxy on max and latest security patch
