And where do you have this rich communication option?I checked in more connection settings and I have advanced calling and messaging option which is turned off. (I don't use google messaging or samsung messaging app)

After march update, these issues were fixed and phone was working smooth but then another update came at the end of April around 28th April and after that update again started getting same issues.
