Seems more like a update issue , I have Same battery backup with my S22 Ultra, but watch and bluetooths are not constantly connected to phone and one more thing I charge when battery is 15 and stop charging at 85 percent so 70 percent twice charging....
Replace the network antennas in service centre , It's not software issue it's a hardware issue. I also faced it after antenna replacement both signal and battery life improved significantly.
I bought S22 Ulta in 2022 March still going strong no huge issues to be honest, had to replace network antenna and battery and I feel battery life and heating is real problem. Hoping not to face problems you faced it's frustrating.
