I have unlocked S22 Ultra which I got from USA.My phone has still not received the Android 13 update, even when Indian users got that in Oct and now US users are getting it.How can I update my phone to Android 13?

My Note 9 s-pen's upper part came out and the other part is still in the phone. I don't know how this happened... Such a bad material used... Without using s-pen it got broke and the upper part came out.
