Please help. My Samsung J8 microphone is not working properly, but if i tried to put my headset on the headset space a little like pricing it in the side then it works a little.

I recently got Samsung J8, and I am able to feel it's power button is a little loose or wiggling. Is it normal or something is wrong with my phone? Although it's not giving me any technical issues but it's a little loose.
