I team i am unable to use Samsung pay app in india.i had bought my mobile samsung s8plus from Riyadh. Please let me know why  this error is coming and how can i resolve the issue

One plus have this feature in night time one plus auto increase its screen light intensity to full so user easily unlock thier phone. I ma unable to find that feature in my note note 8 .so anyone tell me is nite 8 have these featuere or not 

please provide updates on samsung camera with new feature. many of the feature provide by others company in mid range phone but samsung does not have those option like AI in camera app and depth sensing and many modes like 360 view.
