I was using two SIM cards, SIM one was not showing signal bars most of the time and sometimes both network operators were not showing bars. In addition Samsung Pay was not working . They Replaced Motherboard/ PBA and Kit.

I had the same issue , Motherboard of S8 was replaced, and now it's working fine.
