Weird UI decision

Earlier in One UI 5.1, whenever I tried to side load an app, the gap between cancel and install option was adequate. Now, it seems lai they forgot to add gap in between.

Whenever I swipe up to go to home from any app, wallpaper seems to be cropped in and then after split second, it adjusts itself. It makes animation jittery.
